We’re scaling fast and now it’s time to grow the UK team. We’re looking for a driven recruiter based in London, someone who knows how to find top talent and bring them in fast.

You’ll be the person behind some of our most important UK hires.

You’ll work closely with our CEO and CZ HQ and help shape how Vilgain shows up in the UK market.

This role is for someone who’s done this before. You understand the impact of a great hire. You know recruitment isn’t just filling seats, it’s building the future of the brand.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for key hires in the UK (focus on e-commerce, sales etc.).
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HQ to define roles, align profiles, and set hiring priorities.
  • Build talent pipelines, run outreach campaigns, and deliver a great candidate experience.
  • Strengthen Vilgain’s employer brand in the UK market—on Linked In, events, and beyond.
  • Keep improving the process and cooperate with EMEA recruitment team in Prague, CZ.
  • What we’re looking for
  • 3–6 years experience in recruiting (agency or in-house).
  • You’re based in London and know the UK talent market well.
  • You’ve hired for both junior and senior roles.
  • You’re confident, proactive, resourceful. No hand-holding needed.
  • Experience hiring in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail? Even better.
