About The Role

In summary, it is a hands‑on design role focused on creating and preparing packaging, labels, and print‑ready artwork in line with the brand’s visual identity. The person is responsible not only for the creative execution in tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, but also for the technical side of delivery — including pre‑press checks, print data accuracy, adaptation for different materials and printing technologies, and close communication with printers to ensure flawless final output. Beyond execution, the role also includes workflow improvement, process efficiency, quality control, team coordination, and collaboration with product and marketing teams on both new product launches and redesigns of existing products.

What you will do:

  • Team leadership, work organization, output control, design optimization.
  • Working in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma – designing, preparing, and checking print data.
  • Creating packaging and labels in accordance with the brand’s visual style, including typesetting and complete DTP preparation.
  • Optimizing designs for various materials and printing technologies, working with Pantone color swatches and CMYK.
  • Checking pre‑press data and communicating with printers to ensure flawless output.
  • Streamlining processes and accelerating the design workflow to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Close collaboration with the product and marketing teams on the development of new products and the redesign of existing ones.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven team leadership or management experience is necessary, including work organization, coordination, feedback, and output quality control.
  • At least 2 years of experience in packaging and label design – your portfolio is essential to us, as is your ability to lead a team.
  • You have experience preparing print files.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma (a daily must‑have).
  • Attention to detail, precision, and an eye for aesthetics – every detail will matter in the results of your work.
  • Excellent time management – you can plan effectively and always meet deadlines.
  • You understand Pantone color charts and CMYK.
