What you'll do:

  • Manage and optimize the entire supply chain – from inventory planning to dispatch
  • Set up and improve processes around forecasting, stock rotation, availability, and cash flow
  • Coordinate warehouse operations in collaboration with logistics, marketing, B2B, and product teams
  • Oversee multi-warehouse management across CZ, EU, UK, USA, and Asia
  • Negotiate with suppliers and manage their performance
  • Lead a team and drive data‐driven decision‐making
  • Bring new ideas to increase stock turnover and reduce inventory without losing availability

Who we're looking for:

  • Experienced professional from FMCG/retail/e‐commerce, ideally with a background in food
  • Understands inventory management, forecasting, cash flow, and supply‐chain cost control
  • Has experience in leading people and building scalable processes
  • Fluent in English for daily communication (B2–C1)
  • Analytical, structured, and pragmatic mindset
  • Thinks in connections: profitability – stock – availability – growth
