We are looking for a Home Category Manager who will take ownership of our day-to-day Home assortment across kitchen, household, and sport. This role combines product assortment management, supplier sourcing, launch execution, and commercial ownership. We need someone who can move things from idea to launch, manage multiple products in parallel, and make sure the category works not only from a product perspective, but also commercially.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the Home assortment across selected sub-segments and take responsibility for supplier sourcing, negotiations, launches, and category performance.
  • Managing the product assortment across kitchen, household, and sport.
  • Sourcing suppliers and leading negotiations.
  • Driving launches from briefing and sampling to listing and marketing handover.
  • Monitoring margin, inventory, and overall category performance.
  • Keeping the assortment structured, commercially strong, and operationally smooth.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Buyer, or in a similar role within home, household, kitchen, or sport.
  • Hands-on experience with supplier negotiations.
  • Commercial mindset and confidence working with margins, sell-through, and stock turns.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple SKUs and launches in parallel.
  • Detail, organisation, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
