We are Vilgain, a fast-growing food & wellness brand expanding rapidly in the UK and the US. We are looking for a Social Media Executive to help execute and scale our social media presence across the UK and US markets. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with space to contribute creatively and grow into strategy over time. You'll work closely with our US/UK Social Media Lead and be part of a global marketing team shaping how Vilgain shows up on Instagram, TikTok and beyond.

What awaits you?

  • Supporting the execution of localized social media content for UK and US markets
  • Translating content ideas into platform-native formats (Reels, Carousels, Stories)
  • Assisting with captions, hooks and basic content outlines
  • Contributing ideas for culturally relevant, timely and trend-driven content
  • Monitoring and moderating comments and DMs across assigned platforms
  • Responding to the community in line with brand tone and moderation guidelines
  • Escalating customer service, product or sensitive enquiries internally
  • Identifying recurring feedback, FAQs and insights for internal reporting
  • Scheduling and publishing content according to approved calendars
  • Running final quality checks before content goes live
  • Supporting cross-team coordination to ensure smooth delivery
  • Helping maintain a consistent posting cadence across markets
  • Monitoring trends, formats and audio in food, health and wellness
  • Tracking competitor activity across UK and US markets
  • Sharing insights to support ongoing content planning

What we expect from you?

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital content or community management
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Instagram and TikTok
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Experience with content publishing and community moderation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn

Nice to have

  • Experience in food, health, wellness or lifestyle
  • Familiarity with scheduling, publishing and analytics tools
  • Experience working with international or multi-market accounts
