Vilgain is experiencing rapid growth, with a 100%+ yoy increase, driven by our mission to offer the world the most accessible, highest-quality food and supplements. We are seeking a senior and experienced Digital Product Manager to fully own the development and strategy of Vilgain’s e-commerce platform and our new mobile application. This high-impact role requires strong e-commerce product experience and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in building scalable digital products for international growth.
You will be the driving force behind our key digital platforms, responsible for:
- Product Strategy & Ownership: Defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for both the e-shop and the upcoming mobile app.
- Team Leadership: Leading and developing a cross-functional team including Product, Tech, UX/UI, and Data specialists.
- Performance & Growth: Taking full accountability for e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, retention, usability, customer experience).
- Execution: Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through to delivery, launch, and optimisation.
- Mobile App Launch: Spearheading the mobile app launch and establishing its long-term development direction.
- Omnichannel Experience: Ensuring a seamless, unified experience across all web and mobile touchpoints.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilising data, user insights, and experimentation to continuously enhance product performance.
- International Scaling: Translating business goals into clear, prioritised product requirements to support Vilgain's global expansion.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Essential E-commerce Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager with direct, end-to-end ownership of an e-commerce platform (a must-have).
- E-commerce Expertise: Strong practical understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, including checkout processes, payments, promotions, logistics integrations, and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Experience leading product teams and collaborating effectively with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Data Mindset: A strong data-driven approach with the ability to prioritise initiatives based on maximum business impact.
- Mobile Experience (Advantage): Experience with mobile applications or managing other complex digital products is highly beneficial.
- Soft Skills: Clear communication, a high sense of ownership, and excellent collaboration skills.
Location: Must be based in, or willing to work from, London or Prague (flexible working options available).
