To maintain mechanical onsite systems, together with the Maintenance team. Carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown repair work on conveyor system equipment, packaging/storage equipment as well as site services.
Responsibilities
- Mechanical planned maintenance and breakdown repair work
- Working on conveyor equipment, packaging and storage equipment as well as site services
- Involved in installation and upgrades to onsite equipment and machinery
- Maintain site building services
- Support the development of maintenance procedures and maintenance plans
- Support the development and installation of new lines and support or execute maintenance activities, in order to ensure the maximum availability and improvement of the warehouse equipment/automated lines.
- Maintain specialized technical equipment and/or provide second line support and/or support installing new equipment.
You will carry out planned maintenance and breakdown repair work on conveyor system equipment, packaging/storage equipment as well as site services.
Qualifications
- Multi-skilled maintenance engineer
- Qualified to minimum NVQ 3 level within Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proficient in planned maintenance, breakdown
- Flexible to work across shifts with occasional weekend working
- Proficient in planned maintenance, breakdown repair and installation work
- PLC/Siemens S7 and Mitsubishi knowledge advantageous
