Viking is seeking a Program Director to join our Senior Onboard Management team on River vessels. You will ensure guest satisfaction, coordinate shore-excursion activities, and oversee entertainment programs on shore and onboard. Reports to Hotel Manager, Corporate Enrichment and Program Manager.
Minimum 3 years of management experience in hotel/tourism and international/ship experience is preferred. Excellent English, strong IT skills, and a guest-focused, team-oriented mindset are essential.
