Viking River Cruises seeks a Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office team aboard our River vessels. You will deliver warm, personalized front-desk and concierge service to guests around the clock, supporting all Guest Services tasks and reporting to the Guest Service Manager.

Responsibilities include 24-hour information support, check-in/check-out, onboard sales, and handling guest records with IT systems. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
