Driving customer growth in the local market by developing and executing online marketing initiatives based on commercial goals that generate qualified leads, nurture customer relationships, and increase lifetime value. Job Responsibilities:
- Identify local customer development opportunities based on behaviour, industry and potential value.
- Work with channels to daily optimize incoming traffic and convert traffic into returning loyal customers online.
- Analyse local competitors (market/customer) and implement online improvements.
- Maintain awareness of local industry trends and customer expectations.
- Leverage local CRM insights to support customer loyalty and re-engagement programs in collaboration with Central Marketing.
- Work with local Customer Service and Sales teams to follow up on customer feedback and development to increase webshop performance.
- Advise Central Marketing on developing customer segmentation.
- Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns that resonate with local audiences in cooperation with central marketing.
- Optimize messaging and tone of voice based on local language, culture and seasonality.
- Support identifying sales and marketing levers (such as ABM, lead management, and prospecting) to drive qualified traffic and customer growth.
Job Qualifications:
- Higher vocational level of thinking and 2-4 years of relevant experience or Academic level of thinking and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent knowledge of local language and English, spoken and written. Other language skills (German, Dutch or French) would be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of how digital channels drive traffic and how to convert visitors into loyal customers.
- Experience in customer marketing and campaign planning.
- Familiarity with lead management tools and prospecting strategies.
- Familiarity with analysing competitors and identifying opportunities for online improvement.
- Understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour and potential values.
- Understanding how to use customer data to support retention and re-engagement.
