Weβre looking for a highly organised and proactive Business / Office Administrator to join us and help keep our operations running smoothly.
What Youβll Do
- ποΈ Manage daily office operations, supplies, and facilities
- π Coordinate meetings, travel, and team events
- π Support financial tasks like orders, invoicing and expense tracking
- π§Ύ Assist with HR processes including onboarding and record-keeping
- π Maintain internal documentation and filing systems
- π€ Liaise with vendors, partners, and service providers
- π§ Help streamline workflows and support cross-functional projects
What Weβre Looking For
- β Experience in admin or operations (start-up or tech environment a plus)
- β Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- β Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- β Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- β Self-starter attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Bonus Points For:
