What you’ll sell.
Viiyoo is a property intelligence platform for organisations that buy, own or lend against residential property. Teams can use the platform themselves or give us a brief and review the results, with the evidence behind each figure.. A council might ask which homes it could buy within budget to reduce temporary accommodation costs. A housing association might want to know which rents are furthest from local benchmarks. A fund manager might ask how much capital they could deploy at their target yield. A lender could use Viiyoo to review the properties backing a borrower’s portfolio..
Your role.
You’ll focus on the market you know best. You’ll find prospective customers, speak to the people responsible for the budget and identify a decision they’re working on. Viiyoo’s founder will join demonstrations, run a prospect’s brief through the platform and help answer technical questions. You’ll lead the commercial conversation from first contact through proposal, procurement and signature..
Who we’re looking for.
You’ve personally won B2B business selling software, data or advisory services to at least one of our buyer groups. You know how purchasing decisions are made in that market and can give an example of a deal you took from first conversation to signed agreement. The arrangement can sit alongside an existing consultancy or other complementary sales work..
