We are seeking a Key Account Manager – HIV Treatment to lead account activity across our High Priority London Accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for hospitals, specialist clinics, commissioners and other healthcare partners, responsible for developing and delivering strategic account plans that drive the appropriate use of our HIV treatment portfolio. This is an opportunity to apply clinical credibility, commercial insight and strong stakeholder engagement skills in a specialist therapeutic area where your work will directly support better outcomes for people living with HIV.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead HIV treatment field activities in your territory and act as the primary account contact, ensuring effective coordination with cross‐functional colleagues.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with national brand strategies, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clinical and non‐clinical stakeholders in hospitals, specialist services and commissioning bodies.
  • Deliver credible and engaging clinical discussions with healthcare professionals and use an omnichannel engagement approach to promote appropriate use of our treatment portfolio.
  • Gather and share local market insights on opportunities and barriers to inform business strategy.
  • Monitor and report on execution of account plans and KPIs, using data and commercial acumen to meet objectives within budget.
  • Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Brand and other teams to support advocacy, share best practice and deliver pilot initiatives.
  • Work in accordance with ViiV values, compliance standards and commercial objectives.

Basic Qualifications

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Degree-level qualification in a life science discipline or equivalent.
  • Key Account Management experience in specialist care settings or hospitals.
  • Strong strategic account management skills, including stakeholder mapping, patient pathway development and objective setting.
  • Proven experience delivering value‐based engagement and brand strategy in specialist care settings or hospitals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage at all levels of healthcare.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical capability to interpret data and develop account plans.
  • Experience working in cross‐functional teams with Medical, Market Access and Brand colleagues.
  • Proficiency in digital engagement tools and a clear understanding of relevant compliance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HIV treatment or other infectious diseases.
