The Project Office Manager will be an integral part of the Special Projects team, contributing to the efficient day‐to‐day running of the business unit. Alongside executing key administrative duties, this role requires a customer and partner‐centric approach, with the ability to represent the business professionally at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and management dashboards
- Generate purchase orders for the supply chain
- Assist with tracking and submitting payment applications
- Handle direct invoicing against purchase orders
- Track and chase overdue and retention payments
- Reconcile euro and GBP costs and invoicing
- Oversee document control, supporting project teams to ensure quality and consistency
- Provide general business support across the unit
- Organise travel and accommodation for European‐based staff
- Manage the Cambridge office and maintain the landlord relationship
