VIGO is excited to be recruiting for a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager situated in London. This is a unique opportunity to work within a knowledgeable team, in a role that involves interacting with clients, subcontractors, operational teams, and peers every day, promoting brand image, and delivering projects to the highest standard.

The Contracts Manager will be an integral part of the projects team ensuring safe, successful, on-time delivery of contracts whilst acting as the financial shield for the company. You will be the bridge between operations, sales, and the project delivery team, assuming responsibility in commercial negotiations, delivery, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistent reporting to the Operations Manager
  • Commercial interest protection of the company
  • Full cost management of all project portfolios
  • Ensuring compliance with the company's H&S and CDM prerequisites
  • Taking charge of contract variations and interim applications
