Role Overview

As a BMS Engineer you will support the delivery and maintenance of BMS systems across a varied portfolio of sites, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability and client satisfaction. You will play a key role in both service and project delivery, contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, fault finding and maintenance of BMS systems across multiple client sites.
  • Commissioning of BMS systems and participation in small works projects.
  • Working across a range of systems including Trend, Tridium (Niagara), Distech and Siemens.
  • Supporting project delivery where required.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working as a BMS Engineer (service, commissioning or hybrid).
  • Strong knowledge of one or more systems: Trend, Tridium/Niagara, Distech, Siemens.
  • Comfortable working across both service and project‑based environments.
  • Able to work independently across multiple sites.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Based within or commutable to London/Southeast.
