Role Overview
As a BEMS Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of multiple BMS upgrades and optimisation projects. You will be responsible for project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring high standards of work in line with time and financial constraints. You will also work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and commercial teams to ensure overall project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, establishing clear communication channels
- Ensure all activities are aligned with H&S, CDM, and quality procedures
- Contribute to resource planning and labour forecasting
- Handle procurement and coordination of control equipment
- Exercise cost control, forecasting, and commercial management
- Engage in project documentation, including production of O&M manuals and commissioning packs
The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrable BMS Project Management experience
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of BMS and HVAC systems
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and resources
- Ability to plan, manage, and complete projects through their full lifecycle
- Excellent organisational, communicative, and leadership skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Self-driven with a strong emphasis on accountability and responsibility
