VIGO is recruiting a Lead BMS Service Engineer for a well-established BMS service provider with a strong portfolio of customer sites across London. This is a stable business that looks after its engineers and delivers a reliable service to long-term clients. We have placed several engineers here already and feedback has been consistently positive.
Role Overview
As the Lead BMS Service Engineer, you will take responsibility for your own customer sites, carrying out PPM visits, managing minor works, and responding to callouts. This is a customer-facing role where you will deal directly with site contacts and take ownership of work from quotation through to completion. You will work closely with the Support Manager and your team, helping to assess site requirements, support minor works delivery, and assist with quotations and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete PPM visits in line with company procedures
- Deliver minor works safely and efficiently
- Take part in the callout rota, including remote support when required
- Produce and manage minor works quotations through to completion
- Work with the Support Manager to review customer site needs
- Identify and carry out appropriate solutions
- Support sales activity by identifying opportunities on existing sites
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work in line with company policies and quality systems
- Attend meetings and team activities as required
