Role Overview

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned engineer who prefers engagement across a customer base and excels at delivering superior service. You'll assume ownership of your customer base and will collaborate closely with account management and administrative teams, upholding the highest level of satisfaction amongst clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering top-notch service to customers
