Role Overview
The Contracts Manager will be an integral part of the projects team ensuring safe, successful, on-time delivery of contracts whilst acting as the financial shield for the company. You will be the bridge between operations, sales, and the project delivery team, assuming responsibility in commercial negotiations, delivery, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistent reporting to the Operations Manager
- Commercial interest protection of the company
- Full cost management of all project portfolios
- Ensuring compliance with the company's H&S and CDM prerequisites
- Taking charge of contract variations and interim applications
- Overseeing project procurement
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years of exposure in a similar customer-focused role
- Acute awareness of finance and budget
- People management skills
- Technical and Commercial experience
- Contracting knowledge is a must
