Full‑time position based at VIGO’s head office in Manchester. Responsible for expanding the company’s maintenance book by securing new BMS maintenance and Bureau contracts, managing contract renewals, and integrating new projects into Planned Preventive Maintenance contracts across the Northwest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
  • Manage contract renewals
  • Convert new projects into Planned Preventive Maintenance contracts
  • Self‑generate leads and follow up on leads provided by the business

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a target‑driven role within BMS or related sector (HVAC, Air‑Con, Fire Alarm, etc.)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years in a sales role with proven successes
  • Commercially astute and results‑focused
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales budgets
  • Positive demeanour
  • Full clean driving licence
