Your Role
As a Senior BMS Service Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising BMS systems while mentoring junior engineers and supporting the team in complex service tasks. Responsibilities include:
- Leading proactive maintenance and diagnostic checks on building control systems to meet SLA requirements.
- Executing complex repairs and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Conducting detailed inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Rapidly addressing customer service requests and system faults.
- Creating detailed records of all service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and client communications.
- Providing technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
- Significant experience in the building controls sector, particularly with Tridium or Trend systems.
- Expert diagnostic skills with the ability to systematically address and resolve technical issues.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

- A valid UK driving licence.
