Your Role
In this critical role, you will take ownership of multiple projects, leading teams and liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial handover to final delivery and sign‑off. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded. Facilitate regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business.
- Team Coordination: Lead and manage teams of engineers, sub‑contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project teams. Support technical staff with guidance and expertise when required.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, CDM requirements, and company quality standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the BMS, HVAC, or energy management sectors.
- Strong knowledge of BMS systems, with expertise in Trend, Tridium, or Siemens.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- A team player who can lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and project compliance requirements.
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
