Your Role As a BMS Project Manager , you will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinating internal teams, clients, and sub-contractors to deliver high-quality Building Management Systems (BMS) installations and upgrades. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and handover of projects, ensuring all objectives are met and that client satisfaction is maintained. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of BMS projects, from initial scope and planning through to delivery and final handover. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards. Develop and manage detailed project plans, risk assessments, and timelines. Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration across all levels of the business. Manage sub-contractors, ensuring they adhere to quality, health and safety standards, and project timelines. Foster a positive, productive working environment, ensuring all team members are motivated and supported. Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular progress reports, manage expectations, and address any concerns. The Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a BMS Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering successful BMS projects. Solid understanding of BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, etc.) and associated technologies. Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, including risk management and budgeting. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing client relationships and collaborating with internal teams. Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance on-site.
