We are recruiting on behalf of a leading force in the smart buildings sector. As a BMS Predictive Maintenance Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering and analytics, using system data to anticipate issues before they happen, cutting downtime, and helping clients run smarter, greener, more efficient buildings.
Role Overview
Your central aim is to provide proactive technical expertise across a diverse customer portfolio. This role goes beyond traditional service, offering clients foresight and innovation alongside regular system upgrades and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse BMS performance and energy usage data to predict and prevent system faults
- Provide exceptional service and technical support across customer sites
- Identify upgrade opportunities, system enhancements, and energy-saving potential
- Work closely with energy and analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Maintain and strengthen trusted customer relationships
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years’ experience in BMS engineering (service, maintenance, or commissioning)
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based service environment
- Strong customer service ethos with a proactive and professional attitude
- Comfortable with data-led problem solving and predictive maintenance (additional training provided)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
