Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection is on the lookout for a passionate Goods Receiver to join the team! Joining the IHG portfolio in Summer 2026 as Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection marks the brand's first property in London. Set in the heart of Canary Wharf with stunning views across the River Thames and London skyline, the hotel features 142 luxurious guestrooms and suites, stylish dining spaces, meeting and events facilities and access to a luxury health club, spa and pool.

This role is Full-Time, across 40 hours per week, shifts usually from 06:30-15:00. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Goods Receiver to manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and especially food safety compliance. You'll ensure all goods meet standards and are correctly documented in Procurewizard, supporting smooth kitchen and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect all deliveries for quality, freshness, and accuracy.
  • Match deliveries against authorised Purchase Orders.
  • Record discrepancies and supplier feedback in Procurewizard.
  • Placing orders for dry goods and beverages.
  • Maintain stock levels and coordinate with relevant department heads.
  • Keep receiving and storage areas clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and health & safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a busy hotel in goods receiving role.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage related ingredients products.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
  • Strong English communication and excellent collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Micros, Microsoft Office & Procurewizard.
  • Ability to lift up to 23kg and perform physical tasks.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail focused.
