What You Bring To The Role

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally in facilities, front‑of‑house, or customer service environments.

  • A proactive, professional, and solutions‑focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt in a dynamic workplace.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  • Experience in reception, admin, or facilities management is a strong advantage.
