Scope
This relief contract covers holidays, absences, working days and weekends. The post holder (SIA license required) will maintain day‑to‑day security requirements at a strategically important site, uphold a corporate image and high standards of professionalism. Pay is £13.01 – £14.10 p/h site dependent.
Responsibilities
- Provide a prompt, polite and warm welcome to all visitors.
- Anticipate clients’ needs and ensure expectations are met and exceeded each day.
- Be a visible, customer‑focused professional greeting and engaging with visitors.
- Deliver a consistent professional service at all times.
- Communicate visitor/client arrivals to relevant personnel promptly.
- Maintain high security awareness at all times.
- Undertake patrols and inspections as directed by management.
- Use relevant communications equipment proficiently; good communication skills required.
- Ensure all H&S policies are adhered to.
- Prevent unauthorised persons from entering prohibited areas.
- Issue visitor passes following agreed processes and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of any incidents that occur.
