The Role
As a Security Events Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and enjoyment of guests at a wide range of events. Representing both Vigilant Security and our clients, you will:
- Deliver a professional, responsive, and vigilant security presence
- Welcome and assist guests to enhance their overall experience
- Support crowd management and maintain safety across event sites

What We\’re Looking For
- A valid SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) is preferred; however, we support promising candidates in obtaining their licence
- Excellent communication skills
- A smart, professional appearance and attitude
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- A friendly, approachable attitude
- Customer service or security experience is a plus
- First Aid certification is beneficial, but not essential
