Within this role, you will be required to provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all associates in the clients' business, which includes visitors, occupiers, and internal associates, meanwhile also conducting administrative roles and responsibilities.
The main focus of the role is facilitating meeting rooms and providing hospitality (teas and coffees) across meeting rooms and event spaces.

The attendance pattern is Monday to Friday totalling 32.5 hours per week 8am-4pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8am-12.30pm, with the occasional need to work flexibly to cover the occasional early start or late finish.
The pay rate for this role is £13.45 per hour and you will receive on a yearly basis from January to December, 28 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.
- Accountabilities
- Provide high quality customer service in all communications with internal and external clients.
- Order and deliver hospitality in accordance with pre-booked requirements.
- Timely preparation of meeting rooms and event space to ensure they are tidy and setup ready for meetings, including furniture layouts and equipment requests.
- Clear meeting rooms after use in a timely manner ready for next meeting.
- Ensure company and legislative health and hygiene standards and requirements are always complied with in providing food and drink.
- Follow all Health and Safety regulations and carry out Health and Safety Representative duties.
Other Ad Hoc Office Support Duties As Required.
- Competencies
- Previous Hospitality experience is preferred and 5 years of verifiable work history is essential
- Professional, driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude.
- Consistently well presented with a polished appearance in line with company/client standards.
- Clear, concise and confident communication skills, which are customer orientated with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to proactively multi-task and prioritize competing demands while maintaining exceptional time management in a face-paced environment.
- Capability to work on own to deadlines which have been set with minimum supervision.
- Capacity to recognise when to escal… high priority matters appropriately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and email etiquette is essential.
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills would be an advantage.
- A First Aid certificate is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
