Due to continued growth, we are looking for professional and motivated Security Officers to join our team for events on high‑profile sites across Edinburgh. This is a casual contract with regular opportunities for overtime and career progression.

Vigilant Security delivers a wide range of services including manned guarding, mobile patrols, and keyholding.

As a Security Officer, you will provide a visible, responsive, and professional security presence at prestigious venues in the heart of Edinburgh. Your duties will vary depending on the event and may include:

  • Front‑of‑house and reception duties

  • Signing contractors and vendors in and out
  • General monitoring of the premises and event spaces
