Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operations and staff scheduling
- Supervise and support front line operational teams
- Monitor patrol equipment and performance
- Manage time and attendance systems
- Respond to incidents including key holding and alarm activations
- Participate and advise in development of staff and strategic planning
- Monitor and oversee contingency planning of manpower
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
- Collect, disseminate, and distribute to operational managers, all information regarding operational issues, which require immediate attention.
- Expedite follow up action as required to resolve such problems
- Address and resolve customer and client queries professionally
- Liaise with internal teams to maintain accurate systems and data
- Ensure staff hours are manged in line with the European working time directive
Candidate Requirements
- Full clean UK Driving licence essential
- Front line SIA licence Desirable however training can be provided to the right candidate
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Flexible and reliable approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in the English language
- Must be able to work as part of a team
