- Maintain day-to-day security at a strategically important site, upholding high standards of professionalism and a corporate image.
- Provide a prompt, polite, and warm welcome to all visitors; greet and engage with visitors to be seen as a visible customer‑focused professional.

- Communicate visitor/client arrivals to the relevant person promptly; maintain a high level of security awareness at all times.
- Undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with management instructions.
- Proficient use of relevant communications equipment; maintain good communication skills.
- Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to; prevent unauthorised access to prohibited areas.
- Issue visitor passes using agreed processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of any incidents that occur.
