Role Overview

The Creator Success Manager will support and manage day-to-day relationships across Viewture’s creator portfolio. You’ll ensure smooth onboarding, organised campaign delivery, and consistent, positive communication with creators and their teams. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, personable and genuinely understands creator culture. You’ll be supported by sales and strategy leads, with clear development into broader commercial or creator partnership responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and streamline onboarding to ensure a positive early experience.
  • Track delivery milestones, deadlines and campaign reporting.
  • Act as a reliable and warm point of contact for assigned creators and their teams.
  • Identify potential issues early and support in finding solutions.
  • Highlight opportunities to improve workflows or add value to creators.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Strategy, Data and Finance teams to ensure aligned delivery.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years in account coordination, creator management, campaign delivery or social/influencer environments.
  • Strong communication style: clear, friendly and confident.
  • Organised and structured, able to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Understands creator culture, platforms and monetisation dynamics.
  • A personable and proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships.
