About the role

We're hiring a YouTube Thumbnail Designer at Views To Clients, a YouTube growth agency for B2B and educational brands. You'll design every thumbnail that ships across 50+ client channels — 100+ thumbnails a month, every one of them with one job: win the click. CTR is the difference between a video that pulls millions of views and one that dies in 24 hours.

The company you'd be joining:

  • $335k MRR last month, more than doubled in 30 days
  • 50+ active client channels, 100+ videos shipped per month
  • $200k+/month invested into our YouTube systems
  • Targeting $1M/month by year-end

We run YouTube for clients like Sam Piliero ($400k/month from YouTube), Glencoco ($0 to $1M in deals from YouTube in 6 months), and Instantly ($1M+ ARR added directly from YouTube).

Day to day:

  • Design thumbnails for every video before it ships
  • Iterate with the strategy team on title, concept, and visual hook
  • A/B test variants when the right call isn't obvious
  • Hit every delivery deadline without quality slipping

Who we're looking for:

  • 3+ years designing YouTube thumbnails specifically (not general graphic design, not Instagram, not social media)
  • Photoshop fluent
  • Fast turnaround under pressure
  • Self-managed (we give ownership, not hand-holding)
  • Good communicator, fluent English

  • Generalist graphic designers without YouTube-specific work
