We’re looking for a YouTube Video Quality Checker to join our team! You’ll be reviewing edited videos and catching any issues before they go live – making sure our clients’ YouTube content looks clean, feels premium, and performs at a high level.

At Views To Clients we are actively growing 30+ YouTube channels for brands & businesses to become the biggest YouTube channels in their niche, whilst also making over $1,000,000 per year from their YouTube channels.

Ideally, you’ll have a sharp eye for detail, experience editing YouTube videos, and a deep understanding of what makes content perform well on the platform. If you’re not almost scarily obsessed with YouTube content and video quality, this role might not be for you.

We’re still a relatively small team so you’d have a critical role in our service with lots of freedom and creative control to raise the bar on video quality.

Tasks / KPIs:
  • Review completed video edits in Frame.io and leave clear, actionable feedback
  • Message editors directly with revision notes and follow up to make sure changes are made
  • Catch errors in logic, pacing, audio, visuals, and anything else that might affect video performance
  • Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality content across all active clients
Requirements:
  • Ideally 3+ years experience editing YouTube videos
  • Exceptional attention to detail - you spot everything, even the tiniest errors like grammar or one single frame of a video being off
  • Good management skills
  • Must be FLUENT in English
  • You thrive in an ambitious, fast-paced environment and you’re happy to put in extra work and time when needed to get the job done right
Availability:
  • 10AM-6PM BST
  • Monday-Friday work days
Compensation:
  • £2,500/month base pay
  • Full-time, remote position
  • This role comes with lots of growth potential, including salary growth and an increase in responsibility & impact.
Other Perks of the Job:
  • Growth – You’ll be an early-stage team member in a fast-growing online business with characteristics and benefits similar to high-growth startups.
  • Impact – Your work will be seen by millions of people around the world, impacting them in a positive way, whilst also helping our clients scale their YouTube channels and businesses fast.
  • Ownership – You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your own projects and results that you drive.
  • Learning – You’ll be given elite training and mentorship from our senior team, with direct feedback loops to improve your YouTube knowledge and video quality standards.
How to Apply:

Please fill out your details and answer the various questions in this application form. Once your application's in, we’ll review it and ask you to complete a paid trial task to check that you’re a good fit. The final round will be an interview before being accepted for the role.

As part of your application, we’ll ask you to record a quick loom video answering the following questions:

  • Take a minute to tell us about you 🙂
  • Why do you want this role and join our team?
  • Explain your process for reviewing an edited YouTube video

Your application will be reviewed within 24-48 hours, in which you will receive our decision on whether we wish to proceed further and schedule an interview. We look forward to seeing your application!
