Reporting & Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Service Support Senior, you will provide an effective, efficient and responsive repairs and maintenance service to the association’s tenants. You will also carry out a wide range of housing maintenance and administrative duties to support the Assets Team. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating VHA’s systems to accurately record and evidence organisational compliance within regulatory, statutory and VHA’s policies and procedures.
