We are looking for an experienced and passionate chef to join our catering team.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Create a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents.
- Engage with residents and care colleagues.
- Ensure appetising and nutritious menus.
- Understand nutrition.
- Have a genuine interest in residents’ wellbeing.
- Understand and apply HACCP.
- Develop menus.
- Manage the kitchen in the Catering Manager’s absence.
- Work within budget and manage stock control.
- Hold NVQ/SVQ or equivalent, or be willing to undertake this training.
