The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Reporting directly to the Head of Assets, you will be responsible for ensuring VHA’s assets are maintained by agreed standards of service delivery. We have recently restructured our Asset Management Department to reduce line management layers and give greater levels of responsibility, autonomy and accountability to our frontline officers for budget management, contract management, service delivery, and performance management.
As one of a team of Assets Officers you will share responsibility for ensuring that our properties are maintained to agreed standards, regulatory compliance, and safety requirements and for the delivery of value for money and positive service outcomes for customers. You will ensure all properties are maintained to agreed standards in relation to Health and Safety compliance.
Please be aware there is a business requirement to work 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm on a Friday to provide the expected level of customer service.
