Due to a vacancy in our housing management team we are looking to fill a Housing Officer post on a permanent basis. Applicants should be a car driver and have use of a vehicle. The post attracts an essential user car allowance. The post will cover all aspects of housing management. Voids and allocations, arrears management, anti-social behaviour and general day to day neighbourhood issues. You will need to be a team player but be able to work effectively on your own and be able to manage a portfolio of properties efficiently. You will also be customer service focussed but be able to enforce Viewpoint’s policies and procedures.
