Viewit Real Estate is seeking a motivated, ambitious, and professional Real Estate Agent to join our growing team at our soon-to-open new Nine Elms office. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about property, sales, and client relationships to become part of a modern and fast‑growing agency in one of London’s most dynamic areas. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and supporting the growth of the company’s presence across London.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify new applicants, landlords, and vendors
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Assist in creating engaging marketing and social media content, including participation in branded video tours, property showcases, and promotional campaigns
- Generate new business opportunities and property leads
- Negotiate offers between landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage property listings across online platforms and social media
- Carry out market appraisals and provide property advice
- Maintain accurate CRM records and applicant databases
- Support the overall growth and reputation of the agency
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
Requirements
- Previous experience in estate agency, lettings, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
