Base pay range Would you like to show potential buyers and tenants around properties in your spare time to supplement your income? Or does photography excite you? We are looking for candidates with availability for freelance property appointments in their spare time. Assignments may include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet, Video Viewings, Basic Photography (using a phone camera), Floor Plans, inspections, and more. Why Choose Viewber? Flexibility: Work is on a freelance basis. You receive appointment invitations and can choose to accept or reject them. Payment: Typically £19.00 per standard 30-minute viewing, with higher rates for longer or specialized appointments. Nationwide Coverage: We operate across the UK. You can set a maximum travel distance for appointments. What You’ll Need Excellent communication skills. Reliability, punctuality, and comfort working alone. Fluency in English (verbal and written). A DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate (issued within the last 3 years).
