Location: United Kingdom (nationwide). This freelance position offers opportunities to conduct property appointments in your spare time and contribute to property viewings, meet & greet appointments, video viewings, photography, floor plans, inspections and more.

Base pay range

This range is provided by Viewber – Viewings, Property Visits, Marketing & more. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Most common pay is £19 for a Standard 30-minute Viewing, with higher pay for longer appointments, inspections or photographic assignments.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Provide property viewings and related services to potential buyers and tenants in your spare time as a freelance agent.
• Assist withMeet & Greet appointments, video viewings, photography, floor plans, and property inspections as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with clients and coordinate scheduling within your chosen geographic radius.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications)

• Excellent communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate, dated within the last 3 years.
