Overview

Viewber is seeking freelance property appointment professionals to conduct property viewings and related tasks. Roles include Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, inspections and more. Availability is on a freelance basis, and appointments can be accepted or declined by you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Property Viewings and related appointments for buyers and tenants.
• Perform Meet & Greet appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, and inspections as assigned.
• Communicate clearly with clients and coordinate scheduling around your availability.

What You’ll Need

• Excellent communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate, dated within the last 3 years.
