This is a freelance opportunity for property appointments, including Property Viewings, Meet & Greet Appointments, Video Viewings, Photography, Floor Plans, inspections, and more. Availability in your spare time is welcomed.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct property viewings and related activities for potential buyers and tenants.
- Support meet & greet appointments, video viewings, photography, floor plans, inspections, and other assigned tasks.
- Communicate clearly with clients and property representatives; maintain professionalism during visits.
What You’ll Need
- Excellent communication skills; punctual, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- A DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate, dated within the last 3 years.
