Viewber is seeking freelance property appointment specialists to perform property viewings, meet & greet, photography, floor plans, inspections, and more in the UK. Availability to do freelance property appointments in spare time is requested.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to appointment invitations within your chosen radius.
- Conduct property viewings, video viewings, photography, floor plans, inspections, and related tasks as assigned.
- Provide professional, courteous service and represent Viewber to clients and property owners.
What You’ll Need:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- A DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate dated within the last 3 years.
Pay and Scheduling:
Payment is offered per appointment, with typical rates e.g. £19 for a standard 30-minute viewing, and higher amounts for longer appointments, inspections, or photographic assignments. Flexible freelance arrangement; nationwide in the UK. You choose the maximum distance you’re willing to travel and are offered appointments within that radius.
