Key Safe and Alarm Fitter/ Installer/ Handy person — freelance role with Viewber - Viewings, Property Visits, Marketing & more.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out local key safe and alarm fitting installations in your spare time.
  • For key safe installations, the safe to be installed will usually be the Standard Masterlock 5401D which you supply and install.
  • For fitting one smoke and one heat alarm, the payment includes supply.
  • Appointments are offered on a freelance basis; you may accept, reject or counteroffer invitations. Payment is per appointment and shown on the invitation.

Compensation details

  • Key safe installation: £48 (plus VAT if registered) to include supply.
  • Smoke and heat alarm fitting: £68 (plus VAT if registered) to include supply.

Eligibility criteria

  • Relevant experience and equipment; punctual and reliable; comfortable working alone.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Proof of Public Liability Insurance Certificate with at least £1 million of cover.
