Overview
We\\u2019re currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK, who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are looking for additional work on an ad hoc basis.
What You’ll Need
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- A basic DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years
- Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance
- A valid Assessor ID
What You’ll Get
- Flexibility: Work is offered on a freelance basis and appointment invitations can be accepted or rejected as you see fit.
- Payment: £62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee), based on a property with a maximum of 6 bedrooms
- Nationwide Presence: Viewber operates nationwide in the UK; you set the maximum miles you\\u2019re comfortable travelling and are offered appointments within that radius.
