• Host property viewings, meet & greet appointments, video viewings, photography, floor plans, inspections and other tasks for clients in your spare time.
• Accept or decline appointment invitations on a freelance basis.
• Travel within your stated maximum distance for appointments.

Qualifications:

• Valid DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate issued within the last 3 years.

Base pay for freelance property viewing appointments starts at £19 per standard 30‑minute viewing. Rates may vary based on appointment type.
