Viewber offers freelance opportunities for property viewings, meet & greet appointments, video viewings, photography, floor plans, inspections and more. The pay is based on your skills and experience and can be discussed with the recruiter.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings, meet & greet appointments, and photo/video tasks as assigned.
- Complete floor plans and property inspection duties.
- Maintain professionalism while working independently.
Benefits & Payment
- Flexibility: work freelance, accept or decline appointments as you see fit.
- Payment per appointment – e.g., £19 for a standard 30‑minute viewing, with higher rates for longer or photographic assignments.
- Nationwide reach: assignments within your acceptable travel radius.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality and ability to work alone.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Valid DBS or Disclosure Scotland certificate, dated within the last 3 years.
